Create company name for training/coaching business - Zusätzliche Information

Since 5 years I am owning my own business in training and coaching. At this moment, my business name is just my name, Valgaeren Eva. This is, because I mostly get my projects as a freelancer, so another company hires me for their projects. However on 1st of January, my business is moving into a more formal company status. Going with that I also would like to set up my own training programs and coachings. Therefore I am looking for a company name that is reflecting my projects and my personality. The trainings and coachings I am offering Always start from Connecting Communication, which is based on the philosophy of nonviolent communication of Marshal Rosenberg. Connecting Communication helps to listen in an empathic way: you hear more easily what others need without being stirred up by judgements or thoughts focused on what you want to respond. This philosophy is integrated in all kind of leadership programs in other companies (leadership, teamcoaching, resolving conflicts in teams,...) but also in communication with (internal) clients. The term connecting communication might sound a bit 'fluffy' but it isn't at all. It demands assertivity, a clear mission and vision and consequent leadership. These are the topics I am really passionate about and that are woven througt my trainings and coachings. I work in all kind of environments (big companies/small companies, production, administration, white collar, blue collar, management, board of directors, entrepreneurs, individuals who want to level up their personal and/or leadership skills) . Things I really want to have in my great small business name :-):
- name has to be related to what i wrote above : strong leadership, connecting communication, assertivity, progress, futureproof, commitment, ownership, empowerment
- the name has to work for both B2B and B2C : I want to attract companies and indivuals (I will have an offer for companies and an another offer for individuals)
- I really want my personality in it : I can overload you with all kind of words describing myself: openminded, warmhearted, passionate about my work, very enthousiastic, connecting, and I have tons of energy. But you can find more about me and how i connect with the world on facebook (Eva Valgaeren) and instagram (valgaereneva) and LinkedIn.
- Important to know: I already have a joint website/fb and insta page, coloryourmind.be (in Dutch only), but the name 'coloryourmind' belongs to the lady I am partnering with. On this website you can find more information on me and the programs we run. My own offer will be kind of the same. Also, I have no intention to quit this collaboration.
- length of the name: I like short and sharp names, but I am open for your creativity
- language : English (preferred)
- When people see my company name, I want them to see/feel that the outcome, the solution, the relief is on its way to them… But they also need to feel that if the world around them needs to change, they need to change themselves.
